Przecław
15 may 2026
On May 15, 2026, I had the great pleasure of meeting with students from the 6th and 8th grades at the Library in Przecław. The event took place as part of National Library Week, an initiative promoting reading and highlighting the important role libraries play in local communities.

During the meeting, I spoke about my journey as a writer, from my first ideas and dreams to the publication of my books. We discussed where stories come from and why it is worth writing down even the smallest thoughts and observations. Very often, seemingly insignificant notes become the seeds of entire novels and adventures.

One of the main topics of our conversation was imagination, its importance in the lives of young people and the courage needed to create. We talked about the fact that criticism is a natural part of every creative journey, but it should never discourage anyone from developing their passions, talents, and unique voice.

I was especially pleased by the students’ curiosity, thoughtful questions, and active participation. It was inspiring to see how many ideas, dreams, and reflections young people carry within them. Literature can be much more than entertainment, it can become a way of understanding the world and expressing oneself.

I would like to sincerely thank the Library in Przecław for the invitation and all the participants for their warm welcome, enthusiasm, and wonderful atmosphere. Meetings like this remind me of the extraordinary power of books and the importance of encouraging young people to read, ask questions, and create stories of their own.
