Author’s meeting with patients

This is the second time I’ve visited this ward and met the most remarkable and talented children with amazing spirit, but who have to struggle with some traumatic episodes in their lives. For obvious reasons I can’t post too many pictures, but I’ll remember this event for a long while yet. I’m so pleased that my books give them hope, that they like reading them and that our session today was something really special for everyone. The one-and-a-half hours went by in a flash! What a lovely, poignant day.
